Its spacious terrace with impressive sea views stands out particularly, equipped with a chill-out area and a dining table for four people, ideal for enjoying moments of relaxation.
The accommodation is welcoming and comfortable, and features a spacious lounge-dining room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a large and bright master bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, a complete bathroom with a bathtub and an independent utility room.
The complex features a peaceful communal swimming pool with solarium and sun loungers. Families with children will also be able to enjoy a private play area within the grounds.
Located in an ideal setting for those seeking tranquillity and wishing to experience everyday Canarian life, away from mass tourism. Within a short distance you will find restaurants, bars and supermarkets, as well as the Outlet El Galeón shopping centre, just a 10-minute walk away. The well-known fine sand beach Bahía del Duque is about a 10-minute drive away.
Hiking enthusiasts have the famous Barranco del Infierno nearby. Furthermore, in the surrounding area there are numerous leisure and excursion options, such as boat trips to spot whales and dolphins, the renowned Siam Park water park, paragliding or Jungle Park, among others.
The location in the south of the island allows you to enjoy a mild and sunny climate throughout practically the entire year.
The celebration of events or parties is strictly prohibited, as is access by persons not included in the booking. Guests are requested to respect neighbours' rest by avoiding noise from 22:00 onwards. Groups of young people under 20 years of age are not permitted.

Wir waren das 2.Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist wirklich sehr schön modern und sehr sauber. Die Chillout Zone ist durch eine neue ersetzt worden wobei ich die vom letzten Jahr bequemer fand .Ein Sonnenschutz für den Balkon sollte unbedingt eingeplant werden .Den Geschirrspüler haben wir nicht genutzt ,da bei 2 Personen nicht soviel Geschirr anfällt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt da er für uns noch zu kalt war. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral .Es gibt eine gute Busanbietung so das ein Mietwagen nicht unbedingt erforderlich ist. Großer Dank gilt dem Team von Top Kanaren besonders Janet.Sie hat uns Tipps gegeben und bei allen Problemen geholfen .
