Description
The holiday home is located in a new building, on the top floor and is furnished in a modern style. Particularly worthy of mention is the large terrace with a dreamy sea view, fitted with a Chillout area and a dining table for 4 people. Cozy and comfortable, it offers total relaxation. The holida homehas a spacious living and dining room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a large and bright master bedroom, a second bedroom with 2 single beds, a full bathroom with bathtub and a separate laundry room. It also has a quiet communal pool with sun terrace and sun loungers. Families with small children will also enjoy the private children's play area within the complex. If you want to experience everyday Canarian life and seek peace away from mass tourism, this is the place for you. Several restaurants, bars and supermarkets are within walking distance and the large Outlet shopping center "El Galeón" is also just a 10 minute walk away. The well-known beach of Bahía del Duque, with fine sand and scenic setting is about 10 minutes away by car. Hiking fans will find the famous "Barranco del Infierno" a short distance away, and there are countless excursion options, such as a boat trip to see whales and dolphins, the world renowned water park, "Siam Park", opportunities for paragliding, the "Jungle Park" zoo, etc. The southern location will allow you to enjoy a mild and sunny climate nearly all year long.

Wir waren das 2.Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung. Sie ist wirklich sehr schön modern und sehr sauber. Die Chillout Zone ist durch eine neue ersetzt worden wobei ich die vom letzten Jahr bequemer fand .Ein Sonnenschutz für den Balkon sollte unbedingt eingeplant werden .Den Geschirrspüler haben wir nicht genutzt ,da bei 2 Personen nicht soviel Geschirr anfällt. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt da er für uns noch zu kalt war. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral .Es gibt eine gute Busanbietung so das ein Mietwagen nicht unbedingt erforderlich ist. Großer Dank gilt dem Team von Top Kanaren besonders Janet.Sie hat uns Tipps gegeben und bei allen Problemen geholfen .
