Description
Cozy holiday home with pool and stunning sea view for exclusive use, only 10 minute drive from the beach of Candelaria. The property is rented in its entirety, so privacy is assured. Especially noteworthy are the exteriors that due to the good climate in the area, guarantee enjoyment throughout the year. The large pool area with sun loungers, parasol, a terrace with table and benches with wood oven and barbecue area offer a stay that will provide maximum relaxation and rest. The villa consists of a living room with an integrated fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 1.50m bed with bathroom with shower and a toilet. Access to the room is available from within the house and also from the outside area. The area where the villa is located is very quiet and it is essential to rent a car, but at the same time it is located just a few minutes from Candelaria, a coastal town with lots of lively activity, small sandy beaches that invite you to enjoy them and along the promenade you will find many bars and restaurants for all tastes, including of course typical Canarian cuisine
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
