Completely renovated villa with modern and comfortable furnished in a 70.000 m2 bio and Bananfinca on the outskirts of Alcalá. All amenities such as bars, restaurants and shops are located within a radius of just 200 meters. The small sandy beach and the beautiful beach promenade can be reached only in a few minutes. The villa is completely renovated and very comfortable and modern furnished. It has 3 bright and airy bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and a spacious dining and living area with satellite TV and Wi-Fi, closed to the terrace and pool area. The small pool with a diameter of 3m with a open air shower helps to refresh. The pool has a fence to guarantee the security for kids. At the terrace are 4 sunbeds, 2 umbrellas and a BBQ area are perfect for a out side relaxing time. From the House you will have a nice view to the Teide. The house is just on the edge of the center behind a high school. A good spot for individual travelers, that likes to integrate into the local live and try out an other Tenerife.
