Description
Newly renovated holiday home in a quiet residential complex with swimming pools and free parking for up to 6 people. It consists of a cozy living room, a closing balcony to enjoy throughout year, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a 1.60 m bed, another bedroom with 2 beds and a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa bed that measures 1.40 m, a bathroom with a bathtub and another bathroom with a shower. The parking space is included in the rental and is accessed via remote control. The center of town is only a 10 minute walk away and one of the beaches can be reached in just 5 minutes. El Medano is a small and tranquil coastal town in the south of the island, famous for its wonderful beaches of fine golden sand and its lively local atmosphere. Strolling through the town center, dotted with small bars, cafés, restaurants and shops or enjoying the different outdoor eateries that surround the 2 squares of the town is a pleasure. It is an ideal holiday home for individual travelers who prefer to avoid the large crowded tourist centers and who like to feel at comfortably at home.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
