Newly renovated holiday home in a new and quiet residential complex with swimming pool and free garage space for up to 4 people. Enjoy a cozy living room with balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with a 1.40 m bed and direct access to another smaller balcony, an additional bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with bathtub. The parking space is included in the rental and is accessed via remote control. The town center is a 10 minute walk away and in only 5 minutes you reach one of the beaches. El Medano is a small and quiet coastal town in the south of the island, famous for its wonderful beaches with fine golden sand and its local atmosphere. Strolling through the lively town center, dotted with small bars, cafes, restaurants and shops or enjoying the different outdoor eateries that surround the 2 plazas of the town is an absolute pleasure. It is an ideal holiday home for individual travelers who prefer to avoid large crowded tourist centers and who want to enjoy all the comforts of home.
It is expressly forbidden to hold events and parties, as well as the access of people not listed in the reservervation. It is also requested to respect the neighbours, not making noise from 22.00h. onwards.
